    Chicago's pets after hours.

    only indigent clinic; developed veterinarian assisted spay-neuter network;
    involved in development of new low-cost spay-neuter clinic; and originated
    U of I Vet Med extern program at Anti Cruelty Clinic to enable senior students
    opportunity to participate in urban medicine program.
